HEAD OF DIVISION

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Advise senior management and the Board of Directors on organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.

2. Union & Industrial Relations

  • Serve as the principal liaison between management and the employees’ union.
  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations and ensure implementation of collective agreements.
  • Manage grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution processes effectively.
  • Maintain industrial harmony through proactive engagement and communication with union representatives.

3. Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels.
  • Design and implement competency-based training, leadership development, and performance management systems.
  • Promote career development and retention initiatives to build a high-performance workforce.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop market-aligned compensation structures, incentives, and benefits packages.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations regularly.
  • Monitor payroll processes and statutory contributions in collaboration with Finance.

5. Board Engagement & Reporting

  • Prepare and present HR and organizational performance reports to the Board.
  • Support board-level committees on workforce planning, succession, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of board-related matters and sensitive HR data.

6. Administration & Facilities

  • Oversee company-wide administrative services including office management, company assets, security, and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensure administrative operations support business continuity and compliance standards.
